Joseph, a native of Oregon, grew up in a household that emphasized strong morals from an early age. His father, a pastor with over 30 years of experience, instilled in Joseph the core values of the Bible, which would shape his life.

Upon graduating from high school, Joseph joined the Marine Corps, embarking on a journey that would take him to Afghanistan for two deployments. Participating in Special Operations and working alongside the 1st Raiders Group, Joseph faced numerous challenges, including surviving two Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) and engaging in countless firefights. His bravery and dedication earned him several prestigious awards, including the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal (NAM) with a combat distinguishing device, a V for Valor for his acts of courage. Later, Joseph served as the Platoon Sergeant at the White House, where he was part of the ceremonial drill team for the President of the United States. He oversaw hundreds of military honors at the Arlington National Cemetery and participated in prestigious ceremonies across the country.

After more than a decade in the military, Joseph ventured into entrepreneurship.

He founded the company Colorado Huntsman, a Fugitive Recovery Agency that quickly gained a reputation as one of the largest and most respected in the industry.Joseph witnessed firsthand the devastating toll of PTSD, as he tragically lost more than half of his original platoon to suicide, including his close friend and mentor. Determined to make a difference, Joseph established Huntsman Transport, a company that allows veterans to utilize their skillsets while finding a sense of brotherhood and a place to call home. Robyn, a proud native of Wisconsin, has always been driven to excel. She pursued her passion for education, earning a Bachelors degree from UWEC while also serving in the Wisconsin Army National Guard.

In 2017, Robyn made the decision to transition into active duty in the Army. She took on the demanding role as one of the highest combat profile targets, a Radar Operator. Stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, Robyn served with dedication and skill as the Section Chief, providing vital counterintelligence on enemy locations during operations in the field. Her exceptional leadership and meticulous attention to detail quickly caught the attention of her Chain of Command, leading her to be the Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) of Administration for Headquarters. In this role, she oversaw the administrative actions and duties of over 270 soldiers, earning numerous prestigious awards, including the esteemed Army Commendation Medal. An award instituted in 1945 to those that distinguish themselves through heroism and meritorious service.

Having dedicated a decade to the armed service, Robyn's passion for making a difference led her to help build the company Colorado Huntsman. In this role, she took charge of all administration services and played a vital role in establishing the foundation for Huntsman Transport, where she currently serves as the Director of Administration.

Born and raised in the state of Oregon, Chance was instilled with the values of hard work and perseverance from an early age. His father, a hardworking cowboy, taught him the importance of dedication and determination while tending to their family ranch.

At the age of 20, Chance joined the Army as a Mortar-man. Stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, where he deployed with the 2-12 Infantry, 2nd Brigade Combat Team in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. Chance carried out combat operations with the Security Force Advisory Battalion (SFAB). His unwavering commitment to duty earned him the esteemed Combat Infantry Badge (CIB), a testament to his exceptional service.

Upon completing his military service, Chance embarked on a thrilling career as a Fugitive Recovery Agent with Colorado Huntsman. This role took him on a whirlwind journey across the country, conducting arrests. In a remarkable operation that stretched all the way into Mexico, Chance collaborated with the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), showcasing his versatility and tenacity.

Chance holds the state record for locating and apprehending the highest number of fugitives within a 24-hour period.

Recognizing Chance's exceptional skills and unwavering dedication, he was handpicked to serve as the Director of Operations for Huntsman Transport. Drawing upon the lessons learned from his upbringing, combat experience, and fugitive recovery expertise, Chance has played a pivotal role in transforming Huntsman Transport into the most respected name in the extradition field.
